In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful "Because of that, We decreed upon the Children of Israel that whoever kills a soul, unless for a soul, or for corruption in the land, it is as if he had killed humankind entirely" (The Holy Quran, Al-Ma-ida, 5: 32). "And whoever kills a believer intentionally, his recompense is Hell, wherein he will abide eternally, and Allah has become angry with him, and has cursed him, and has prepared for him a great torment" (Al-Nisa, 4: 93). "If you do good, you do good for yourselves; and if you do evil, (you do it) to yourselves. Then, when the latter (final) promise came, they (your enemies) will sadden your faces, and to enter the Masjid (in Jerusalem), as they entered it the first time, and will destroy what they had taken over with (total) destruction (Al-Isra, 17: 7). *** While brutal force has been used to create Zionist Israel and sustain it thus far, Zionist claims to Palestine are false. Actually, from the five thousand years of known written human history, there has been a continuous Palestinian-Canaanite presence in the Holy Land. Despite the Zionist false claims, the ancient Israelites ruled part of the land for only 85 years (during the reign of Prophets David and Solomon , peace be upon them, and Solomon's son). After that, the Egyptians conquered Palestine-Canaan in 925 BC, followed by Assyrians, Babylonians, Persians, Greeks, and Romans, before the Arab Muslim rule, starting from 636 AD. By the Time Jesus, peace be upon him, started his mission, the three population groups of Canaanites, Palestinians, and Israelites were melted together in religion and language. Most of them became Christians when Constantine converted in 313 AD. Then, most of them became Muslims in the 7th and 8th centuries AD. So, Palestinian Muslims, Christians, and Jews are the ones who have the right to claim descent from ancient Israelites, Palestinians, and Canaanites, not Zionists from other continents. No matter what the Zionists and their supporters do, they cannot change the will of God, Who promised the Holy Land to Abraham and his descendants, basically the Palestinian Muslims and Christians. No matter how much persecution and aggression the Zionists and their supporters inflict upon the Palestinian people, they will never be able to force them out of the Holy Land, which Allah, praise to Him, promised for them, and kept His promise ever since. This is a necessary brief background to understand the US-Backed Zionist Israeli continuous wars against the Arab nation generally, and the Palestinian people in particular, which included the wars of 1948, 1956, 1967, 1978, 1982, the brutal crushing of the two Uprisings (1987-1993 and 2000-2004), 2009, 2012, 2014, 2021, and the current genocidal war on Gaza (Since October 7, 2023), which has culminated a blockade of Gaza since 2007. In addition, the Israeli occupation and apartheid regime launched so many covert operations, raids, and air strikes on many Arab states since 1948. The following news stories are just examples, not a systematic record, of the Israeli occupation government abuse, mistreatment, and violations of Palestinian human rights, on daily basis.

In a joint statement, seven UN agencies stressed that after nearly two years of war, Gaza’s residents are facing extreme hardship, particularly widespread food insecurity. “When the fuel runs out, it adds an unbearable burden to people already on the brink of famine,” the agencies said. They emphasized the need for fuel to operate hospitals, water systems, sewage networks, ambulances, and all aspects of humanitarian operations, also pointing out that bakeries require fuel to function. The besieged Palestinian enclave has been facing a severe fuel shortage since the start of the devastating war, which was sparked by an unprecedented attack launched by Hamas on Israel on October 7, 2023. The agencies—including the UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA), the World Health Organization, and the World Food Program—warned that “fuel scarcity in Gaza has reached critical levels.” They reiterated that “after nearly two years of war, Gaza’s population is suffering immensely, particularly due to widespread food insecurity. The lack of fuel places an unbearable burden on people already on the verge of famine.” They said the agencies responding to the massive humanitarian crisis in areas devastated by Israeli bombardment and threatened by famine may be forced to completely halt their operations if sufficient fuel is not made available. “This would mean no healthcare, no clean water, and no ability to provide aid,” the statement continued. “Without adequate fuel, humanitarian relief efforts in Gaza are at risk of collapsing.” The agencies warned: “Without fuel, bakeries and communal kitchens cannot operate. Water and sanitation systems will shut down, depriving families of safe drinking water while solid waste and sewage pile up in the streets.” The agencies said that “these conditions expose families to deadly disease outbreaks and bring the most vulnerable people in Gaza even closer to death.” The warning comes just days after the United Nations managed to bring fuel into Gaza for the first time in 130 days. While the agencies welcomed this development, they stressed that the 75,000 liters of fuel delivered were merely “a fraction of what is needed daily to sustain basic life and maintain the delivery of critical aid.” They stressed that “UN humanitarian agencies and partners are not exaggerating the urgency of this moment.” They added, “Fuel must be allowed into Gaza in sufficient quantities and on a regular basis to support life-saving operations.” On Friday, the Ministry of Health warned that the failure to provide the needed quantities of fuel to hospital departments has forced facilities to adopt a policy of rationing, including shutting off electricity to some departments and postponing or halting certain services such as dialysis. The ministry explained that this austerity policy reduces the ability to operate a sufficient number of ambulances, forcing civilians to transport the injured and sick using animal-drawn carts. It added that patients—especially those whose lives depend on life-support equipment in intensive care and other units—are now constantly on the brink of death. *** UNICEF: Over 5,800 children diagnosed with malnutrition in Gaza during June GAZA, July 13, 2025 (WAFA) – The United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) announced Sunday that over 5,800 children in the Gaza Strip were diagnosed with malnutrition during June, as the devastating Israeli war and the 18-year-long blockade continue to severely restrict access to food and essential services. In a post published on X, UNICEF revealed: “More than 5,800 children were diagnosed with malnutrition in #Gaza in June, including more than 1,000 children with severe acute malnutrition, an increase for the fourth month in a row. In its statement, UNICEF called the situation “a child survival emergency,” adding that “aid must be delivered at speed and scale.” T.R. *** UNRWA warns of rising malnutrition in Gaza amid critical shortages of medical supplies NEW YORK, July 13, 2025 (WAFA) – The United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA) has warned of a sharp increase in malnutrition cases in Gaza, particularly among children and vulnerable groups, amid a severe shortage of essential medical supplies. In a statement published Sunday on its official website, the agency said its clinics in Gaza have recorded a notable surge in malnutrition cases since the start of the tight Israeli blockade in March. UNRWA stressed that restrictions on the entry of humanitarian aid, including food and medicine, are worsening the already dire health and living conditions of civilians in the besieged enclave. The agency called on the international community to urgently ensure the delivery of life-saving supplies and to act decisively to end the deepening humanitarian crisis. UNRWA warned that the ongoing collapse of healthcare infrastructure, combined with soaring poverty levels and food insecurity, is pushing the population—especially children and women—toward a rapidly deteriorating humanitarian emergency. In a statement on Sunday, the municipalities accused the Israeli occupation of ignoring local and international appeals urging it to allow in fuel needs for municipal activities in Gaza. The municipalities also pointed out that the water crisis in the central governorate had been getting worse since Israel’s Mekorot water company cut off water supply on January 23, 2025, calling for urgent action to restore the company’s water deliveries. The municipalities warned that the water crisis heightened health and environmental risks, particularly during the summer when demand for water increases. The power line supplying electricity to the central seawater desalination plant in the south of Dair El-Bala'h has also come to a halt since March 9, 2025, according to the municipalities. The municipalities appealed to UN and international organizations to take urgent action to provide Gaza with its fuel needs to operate water wells, sewage pumps, and municipal vehicles. *** ý*** Killing, Injuring, and Abduction of Palestinians in the West Bank by Israeli Occupation Regime Forces ***ý IOFs injure five Palestinians, settlers destroy agricultural property in the West Bank Sunday 13-July-2025 WEST BANK, (PIC) Five Palestinian citizens suffered injuries on Saturday evening when the Israeli occupation forces (IOFs) stormed the West Bank cities of Jineen and Toubas, while a group of the illegal Israeli settlers rampaged through farmlands and stole sheep in other areas. During their tours at the Islamic holy site, the settlers received lectures from rabbis about the alleged temple mount and a number of them provocatively performed Talmudic prayers in the eastern area of the Mosque. Meanwhile, the Israeli occupation police imposed movement and entry restrictions on Muslim worshipers at the Aqsa Mosque’s entrances and gates and prevented many of them from entering the holy site. In a separate incident, the Israeli occupation police kidnaped in the morning one of the Aqsa Mosque’s guards after breaking into and ransacking his home in the east Jerusalem district of Silwan. Zayid Kawazba, head of the Al-Maniya Village Council, told WAFA that a group of colonists pelted homes with stones, causing property damage and spreading fear among residents. He added that the colonists threatened to burn the houses, intensifying the state of panic among families in the area. The incident is part of an ongoing campaign of the illegal Israeli settler violence against Palestinian communities across the occupied West Bank, frequently carried out with the protection and backing of Israeli forces. M.N. *** Illegal Israeli settlers burn farm structure in W. Bank town Sunday 13-July-2025 RAMALLAH, (PIC) A horde of the illegal Israeli settlers set fire to a farm building in Dair Dibwan town, east of Ramallah, in the occupied West Bank, at dawn Sunday. According to local sources, settlers stormed the areas of Al-Marj and Wad Al-Qatn of the town and threw incendiary stuff at an agricultural structure belonging to local farmers, destroying it completely. This attack comes just a few days after a similar raid by settlers in the town, during which they stole a number of sheep belonging to a local resident. *** Illegal Israeli settlers set up new outpost southeast of Bait La'hm (Bethlehem) Bait La'hm (Bethlehem), July 13, 2025 (WAFA) – A group of the illegal Israeli settlers Sunday set up a new colonial outpost on the lands of citizens in Al-Minya region, southeast of Bait La'hm (Bethlehem). The head of Al-Minya Village Council, Zayid Kawazba, told our correspondent that a group of colonists installed a number of tents in the southern region of the village. He added that the establishment of this focus came less than 24 hours after the barbaric attack launched by colonists in the nearby Wadi Sa'ir area, which resulted in the burning of the vehicle of local resident Ihab Shallala, and the destruction of solar energy cells used by the people in lighting and watering livestock. "What is happening is a dangerous escalation in the series of forced displacement. For weeks, our region has been subjected to repeated attacks by the colonists to protect the army, with the aim of pushing the people to leave their lands, and today they are either legislated to create a settlement focus that confirms the hidden intentions to seize the ground," he said. Kawazba called on the human rights and humanitarian authorities and international institutions to intervene urgently, to stop this illegal colonial expansion, which constitutes a flagrant violation of international law and the Geneva Conventions, and threatens the Palestinian presence in the entire region. He emphasized that Al-Minya is a highly targeted rural gatherings by colonists, as several illegal outposts are set up in its vicinity, which is part of a plan to separate the south of the West Bank from its middle through a series of colonial expansions. The Wall and Settlement Resistance Authority said that in the first half of 2025, colonists established 23 colonies on the lands of citizens, most of which are pastoral foci, in the governorates of Ramallah, Nablus, Hebron, Qalqilya, Tubas and Jerusalem, in a continuation of the policy of imposing facts pursued by the colonists on the ground under the full auspices of the occupation army. K.T. *** The Israel occupation apartheid regime plans to build about 2,340 settler homes in southern and central West Bank Sunday 13-July-2025 WEST BANK, (PIC) The Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO)’s National Bureau for Defending Land has said that the Israeli occupation apartheid regime (IOAR) intends to build about 2,340 housing units for the illegal Israeli settlers in the southern and central West Bank as part of master plans targeting hundreds of dunums of private Palestinian land. “The Israeli civil administration’s higher planning council is currently discussing several major settlement expansion projects,” the National Bureau said in its weekly report. The National Bureau pointed out that there are clear coordination and complementary roles in this regard between Israeli finance minister Bezalel Smotrich, who leads the settlement expansion plans, and Israeli war minister Israel Katz, who provides the security cover to protect settlers and their activities. According to the report, the plan includes the construction of 117 housing units in Ma’ale Amos settlement, located southeast of Bethlehem, and 150 units in Ganei Modi’in settlement west of Ramallah. The project near Ganei Modi’in marks the first instance of settlement expansion beyond the separation wall, encroaching on lands belonging to the town of Ni’lin. The IOA is also considering a plan to expand the Kedumim settlement east of Qalqilya by establishing a new neighborhood over an area of 280 dunums, which would include 1,352 settler units. This neighborhood would be connected to the main settlement by a bridge, creating an additional barrier that would isolate the surrounding Palestinian villages and make them closed enclaves encircled by Jewish settlements. In Bethlehem province, the report talked about an Israeli plan to expand the Nokdim settlement — established on lands annexed from the villages of 'Arab al-Ta’amira — by creating a new neighborhood comprising 290 settler units over an area of 239 dunums. The Israeli government also approved the construction of an additional 430 settler units in the settlements of “Eli” and “Givat Zeev,” including 348 units to be built in the Palgei Mayim outpost, which is near and part of Eli. This outpost had received official Israeli legalization in June 2023. The National Bureau also said that the Israeli ministry of heritage started bulldozing activities to establish the so-called “Samaria National Park” at the archaeological site in the town of Sebastia, northwest of Nablus, with a budget of up to 32 million shekels, pointing out that this project aims to Judaize the site. An amount of 3.5 million shekels was also allocated for the construction of fences, gates, and concrete shelters around the historic Mas'oudiya train station north of Nablus, in an area that has no Jewish settlements and is adjacent to Area “B” of the West Bank, which is under the Palestinian Authority’s civil and administrative control. The area is known to be a popular park visited by Palestinian citizens, according to the National Bureau. *** *** News Related to the Israeli Genocidal War on the Palestinian People *** Dozens arrested in London for supporting banned group Palestine Action Sunday 13-July-2025 LONDON, (PIC) London police arrested 41 people on Saturday for expressing support for the recently banned activist group Palestine Action, marking the second consecutive weekend of mass arrests following the UK government’s decision to outlaw the organization. The Metropolitan Police announced on social media platform X that officers had arrested activists in Parliament Square “for showing support for a banned organization.” One additional person was arrested on suspicion of assault. Police later stated that they had cleared the protest area near the Mahatma Gandhi statue, where a small group of demonstrators had gathered with banners backing Palestine Action. The arrests come just one week after 29 individuals—including a priest and several healthcare workers—were detained under anti-terrorism laws. Authorities have warned that any expression of support for Palestine Action, whether verbal or symbolic, constitutes a criminal offense under the new legislation. Police reiterated this message ahead of Saturday’s protest, posting: “Calling for or expressing support for a banned organization is a criminal offense. As we saw last week, those who break the law will face action.” The crackdown has drawn condemnation from human rights groups and civil society organizations. “Defend Our Juries,” which helped organize the protest, denounced the arrests and the broader criminalization of political dissent. The group had called for demonstrations in multiple British cities in “defiance” of what it described as an attack on free speech and the right to protest. The British Parliament approved the ban on Palestine Action in early July, and a legal appeal against the decision was swiftly rejected by the judiciary. The move to outlaw the group followed a high-profile protest in late June, during which activists stormed a military airbase in southern England and sprayed red paint on two aircraft, causing an estimated £7 million ($9.55 million) in damage. Four activists were remanded in custody over the incident, which drew widespread attention. Palestine Action is known for its direct action campaigns against companies supplying arms to Israel, including Elbit Systems, and has been a vocal critic of UK complicity in what it describes as Israeli genocide in Gaza. *** Thousands protest across Europe against Israel’s war on Gaza and ongoing genocide Sunday 13-July-2025 CAPITALS, (PIC) Mass protests erupted in several European cities and capitals on Saturday, as demonstrators condemned Israel’s ongoing genocide in the Gaza Strip and demanded an immediate ceasefire and humanitarian access to the besieged territory. In Milan, Italy, hundreds took to the streets waving Palestinian flags and calling for an end to political and economic ties with Israel. Protesters demanded the cancellation of cooperation agreements between the Italian government and Israel, accusing Rome of complicity in war crimes through its continued partnership. They also criticized Italy’s recent vote against suspending the EU-Israel partnership agreement, urging a reversal of that position. In Stockholm, Sweden, demonstrators rallied in support of Gaza, accusing Israel of committing genocide and using starvation as a weapon against civilians. They called on their government and the international community to hold Israel accountable for its crimes and to end its policy of ethnic cleansing and forced displacement of Palestinians. Berlin, Germany also witnessed protests, with participants demanding an end to Germany’s arms exports to Israel and holding their government responsible for enabling the war. While one protest proceeded, police prevented another demonstration from taking place, surrounding activists with a heavy security presence. Several protesters were arrested, sparking widespread criticism from human rights advocates who viewed the crackdown as an attempt to silence opposition to German complicity in the Gaza genocide. In London, police arrested about 40 protesters during a demonstration outside the British Parliament. The protest, organized by the “Palestine Action” movement, demanded a halt to Israel’s war on Gaza and called for justice for the victims of the ongoing atrocities. Similar demonstrations were held in other British cities, where protesters voiced outrage over the genocide in Gaza and urged immediate action from the UK government. Meanwhile, in Tunis, dozens of demonstrators gathered in front of the municipal theater to express support for the Palestinian resistance and condemn Israel’s continued attacks. Organized by the “Ansar Palestine in Tunisia” association, the protest was the group’s 91st since October 7, 2023. Activists raised pro-Palestine slogans. Riyadh Al-Za'hafi, a member of the association, said the protest aimed to be “the voice of the resistance,” honoring the steadfastness of Palestinians in Gaza, particularly in Khan Younus and Bait 'Hanoun. He described the targeting of civilians seeking aid as “brutal and cowardly.” Since October 7, 2023, Israel—backed unconditionally by the US—has waged a campaign of genocide in Gaza, killing or injuring more than 196,000 Palestinians, most of them women and children. Over 10,000 remain missing, and hundreds of thousands have been forcibly displaced. *** Massive rallies take place in Argentina in support of Palestine BUENOS AIRES, July 13, 2025 (WAFA) – A massive demonstration took place in Argentina’s capital, Buenos Aires, with thousands of citizens marching through some of the city’s main streets and landmarks. The rally was organized by the Argentine Solidarity Committee with the Palestinian People, as part of a nationwide campaign that included several Argentine provinces and cities, under the slogan: “Argentina Rejects Genocide in Gaza.” The march saw a large turnout of Argentine citizens waving Palestinian flags and holding signs condemning Israel’s ongoing aggression. The participants expressed their solidarity with the Palestinian people and vehemently rejected the atrocities being committed in Gaza and other occupied Palestinian territories, including Jerusalem. Most of the demonstrators wore red, symbolizing the bloodshed of the Palestinian people and rejecting the genocidal actions being carried out against civilians. The sight of the marchers, united in their stance, presented a powerful image of Argentine solidarity with the Palestinian cause. In parallel with the Buenos Aires march, similar protests were held in various provinces and cities across Argentina, reflecting widespread public consensus against Israeli occupation and its crimes. In a statement read out across all participating cities and provinces, the Argentine Solidarity Committee with the Palestinian People confirmed that more than 57,000 Palestinians have been martyred since October 2023 due to Israel's relentless and systematic bombardment, which has targeted refugee camps, shelters, schools, hospitals, and even humanitarian aid distribution centers. The statement also highlighted that more than 700 Palestinians had been killed while attempting to obtain food. The statement further expressed firm opposition to Argentina's potential move to transfer its embassy to Jerusalem, labeling such a step as a blatant violation of international law and resolutions. The committee called on the Argentine government to annul all security and economic agreements signed with the Israeli state, in line with Argentina’s historical commitment to human rights and its rejection of any form of complicity in policies of oppression and ethnic cleansing.
